Payment Terms

1. Payment Agreement
By subscribing to or purchasing any Cloudynic service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors and are subject to these Payment Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide to us and that the information you provide is true and accurate.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
We offer the following subscription types:
- Monthly subscriptions - Billed monthly on a recurring basis
- Annual subscriptions - Billed annually, typically at a discounted rate
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes, VAT, or other governmental fees will be mentioned while checkout.
3. Billing and Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards
- Digital payment platforms
4. Manual Renewal
All subscriptions need to be manually renewed at the end of each billing cycle.
5. No Refund Policy
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
By purchasing or subscribing to Cloudynic services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final with absolutely no refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances
- You will not receive a refund for any reason including dissatisfaction, non-use, technical issues, or change of mind
- Payments made are non-reversible and non-transferable
- Subscription fees are charged upfront for the entire billing period and are completely non-refundable even if you cancel mid-cycle
- Downgrading or canceling your subscription does not entitle you to any refund, credit, or proration for the remaining period
- No refunds will be issued for unused storage, unused features, or partial months/years
- Account termination, whether by you or by us for Terms violations, does not result in any refund
We strongly encourage you to carefully review our service offerings, features, and pricing before making a purchase. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the service meets your needs before subscribing. This no-refund policy applies to all customers without exception.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation
- You retain access to all premium features until the end of your paid period
- Your account will revert to the free tier (if available) after the paid period ends
- No refunds will be issued for any remaining time in your billing period
- Your data will be retained according to our data retention policies
Remember: We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorations for cancellations made mid-cycle. You will continue to have access through the end of your paid period.
7. Failed Payments and Payment Issues
If a payment fails for any reason:
- We will attempt to process the payment multiple times over several days
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
- You are responsible for updating your payment information promptly
- Your access to premium features may be suspended until payment is resolved
- Your account may be downgraded to the free tier if payment remains unresolved
- You remain liable for all fees incurred during the subscription period, even if payment fails
You are responsible for any fees incurred by your bank or payment provider due to failed payments, including insufficient funds fees, expired card fees, or chargeback fees.
8. Taxes and Additional Fees
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, levies, tariffs, and similar governmental assessments. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of our services. If we are required to collect or pay taxes on your behalf, they will be added to your invoice and charged to your payment method. Taxes are non-refundable.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation and resolution
- We will provide evidence to your payment provider to dispute unjustified chargebacks
- You may be liable for chargeback fees, administrative costs, and legal fees if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified
- We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback
- Given our strict no-refund policy, chargebacks for services already rendered will be vigorously contested
Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in permanent account termination and prohibition from using our services in the future.
